Let's find your dream home

"Thank you so much. The listing looks great, the pictures are awesome and your description is perfect. I could not be more pleased!"

"I have looked over the listing a thousand times, and cannot believe it is my house. The pictures and write up are wonderful, and we are very happy. I now understand why you cannot trust Zillow’s hit numbers!!! We both appreciate you so much."

"I would like to take this opportunity to tell of my experience with Mark Gibbs as my realtor when I purchased a home in Raleigh, NC. When I first moved to NC I was hesitant to contact a realtor. Having worked with them as a title insurance post closer in South Florida, I did not have a very high opinion of realtors in general. I was referred to Mark by a mutual friend, and after meeting and working with him, my opinion changed for the better. He exemplified honesty, courtesy, and compassion. He listened carefully to whatever I had to say, and understood my housing needs. As a single mom of a teenager, I told him what I could afford – he never tried to encourage me to go above my means. He found me a home I could afford and worked closely with me and my mortgage company and followed up on all messages I left him with any and all of my questions. He was enthusiastic and positive all the time; however, always told me the truth about situations that might have been snags in getting to the closing table. I would recommend Mark Gibbs to any of my family and friends to represent them as their realtor. He is a credit to the realtor profession."

"We had Mark for an agent when he was in Wake County, NC. He was one of the best agents I have ever worked with out of the seven houses I have bought across the country. He never said no with our picky house hunting trips. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of an excellent agent."

"Mark Gibbs worked with us on finding our home. He was very knowledgeable in different areas of the country and was a great help to us. We really enjoyed working with him, and he helped us find the perfect place for us. Thanks again Mark."

"Mark recently worked with my husband and I on the sale of our home in Hendersonville, North Carolina. While the process can be a bit confusing for first-time home sellers, Mark did a great job of communicating with us all along the way and making sure that all of our questions were answered. He was very responsive and we always felt like he was acting in our best interest. He did such a great job that he’ll also be helping us to find and buy our next home in the Haywood County area. We’re happy to recommend him and are thankful to have had such a great realtor to work with."

"I have purchased two homes with Mark’s help and my experience with him has always been wonderful. The last purchase was our dream property and we probably couldn’t have closed the deal without him and his team’s persistence. We will definitely use him for our real estate needs again and again."

"Mark is fair and honest and made the transaction easy and simple.

"

"He was definitely a full-service broker and always met our needs. Everything went smoothly will all staff involved. Selling and buying a house can be stressful and Mark alleviated as much of that stress as possible.

"

"Mark is absolutely amazing. We heard from many people that buying a house is a very stressful process. We found out yes indeed it is! But Mark was there with us every step of the way. Mark goes above and beyond every aspect of what people should expect. Mark kept us calm through the process, reassuring our worries and doubts, and was just simply there for us, not just as a broker, but a human being. He would answer questions on his vacation!. If more people were like Mark, then people’s ideas of buying a house, would be less stressful.

"

"We found Mark to be conscientious, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Through his efforts we were able to find a house that we love in the neighborhood we wanted to live in and at a price we could afford."

"Mark helped me like realtors again. He is honest and trustworthy, and helped me buy a great house in the country. I would recommend Mark to anyone to help them buy their dream home too."
